Costa Waisberg hires Rio capital markets partner
In his new role, Dezouzart says he will take advantage of the uptick in Brazil’s capital markets which is predicted for next year. "There is a positive outlook for the capital markets in Brazil at this time, with stimulus programmes from [Brazil’s development bank] BNDES and the federal government, as well as opportunities in fixed income, especially with new companies’ access to the 476 offerings and mergers and acquisitions," he says, referring to the new rules introduced by the capital markets regulator to reduce costs and red tape.
