Costa Rica’s Banco Nacional in US$1 billion offering

Shearman & Sterling LLP, Gómez & Galindo Abogados, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Consortium Centro América Abogados - Costa Rica have teamed up for the issuance of US$1 billion in notes by Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, its first international capital markets offering.
