Costa Rican arbitrator steps down to serve as minister
Costa Rican arbitrator Dyalá Jiménez Figueres has resigned from two International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) ad hoc annulment committees considering awards against Venezuela after being appointed minister of foreign trade by her country’s president-elect.
