Costa Rica pushes to reduce trade barriers for “green goods”

Costa Rica's recent drive to accelerate talks on introducing tax breaks for the trade of “green goods” proves that the country is serious about sustainable development and boosting investment in renewable energy, say the country's environmental lawyers.
