Cosan proposes merger with ALL to shore up logistics network

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados is helping Rumo, a subsidiary of Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Cosan, in its bid to merge its operations with América Latina Logística (ALL), despite ongoing litigation between the two parties and a CADE investigation into Rumo for alleged abuse of dominance.
