Ecuadorean firm Corral Rosales Carmigniani Pérez has helped local telecoms provider Conecel defeat a sanctioning request from the Ecuadorean antitrust authority over its alleged failure to comply with a 2014 ruling which found that exclusivity clauses present in over a thousand of the company’s phone mast rental contracts hindered the expansion of its industry rivals.
