Concessionaire taps local markets for highway financing in Brazil

Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados has helped the concessionaire overseeing the Anhangüera-Bandeirantes highway system linking São Paulo with the Campinas region to issue debentures worth 450 million reais (US$206 million) on the local market.
