Company directors may 'attend' board meetings via teleconferencing

The Chilean Superintendency of Securities and Insurance (SVS) has issued Circular No. 1,530 (‘Regulation 1530’) implementing the provisions of the recently amended Article 47 of the Law on Stock Corporations, under which directors of Chilean stock corporations will be allowed to attend board meetings via teleconferencing.
