Comgás issues first energy infrastructure debentures

São Paulo-based gas distributor Comgás has become the first energy company to issue a new type of debenture created by the Brazilian government to foster funding in approved infrastructure projects, with the help of Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados.
