Comex launches arbitration against Sherwin-Williams over failed deal

Mexican paint company Comex is filing for arbitration at the ICC against Sherwin-Williams, arguing that the US paint maker could have fought harder for antitrust approval of its ultimately unsuccessful takeover bid.
