Comerci restructuring closes after 2 years

With the assistance of Santamarina y Steta and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Comercial Mexicana (Comerci) has settled its multi-billion dollar restructuring, born out of the 2008 global financial crisis which forced the Mexican retailer to file for bankruptcy.
