Comcel closes landmark bond issuance

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP’s New York office and Cayman Island firm Walkers have helped Guatemalan mobile phone service provider Comcel with a US$800 million notes offering, the largest ever private bond issuance in Guatemala.
