Colombia’s Aguadulce port JV eyes Pacific trade

The Singapore office of Clifford Chance LLP and Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados have helped Singaporean port operator PSA International form a joint venture with Philippine port manager International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI) to construct the container terminal and ancillary facilities for the Aguadulce port located in the Colombian state of Buenaventura.
