Colombian oil round falls short as companies shun shale
Posse Herrera Ruiz has helped US oil and gas exploration company Anadarko win access to Colombia’s offshore deepwater assets, while Norton Rose Fulbright has helped Norwegian petroleum company Statoil enter the country for the first time, making both companies two of the few winners in an oil auction that fell short of government targets.
