Colombian lawyers warn tax reforms must not harm competitiveness

On Monday Colombia’s finance minister revealed details of an ambitious plans to overhaul some 900 articles in the country’s tax code, but tax lawyers say they have not being adequately consulted on the measures and warn proposed changes must not unfairly target the country’s growing oil & gas and mining sectors.
