Colombian agribusiness joins forces with US SPAC

Three offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP have helped Colombian agribusiness Lavoro combine with a US special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), a deal that will make the Latin American business a publicly listed entity in the US.
