Colombia faces second ICSID claim over mine expansion project

Multinational mining company Anglo American has filed an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim against Colombia following a local court order blocking expansion plans at a coal mine over environmental concerns – after its partner in the project Glencore which has also lodged a claim against the state.
