COFIDE in second international issuance

Peru’s Hernández & Cía Abogados and the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP have helped Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo (COFIDE) issue bonds worth US$100 million, nine months after the Peruvian government-owned development bank made its international capital markets debut.
