Cobalt Technologies and Rhodia team up for Brazilian biobutanol plant

Brazilian firms Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Demarest e Almeida Advogados, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Law Office of Jill Jacobson in the US have advised on a joint venture between Cobalt Technologies and Rhodia for the development and operation of a biobutanol demonstration facility in Brazil.
