Cleary, Shearman and Pinheiro Neto in US$3.25 billion Petrobras offering

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and São Paulo has helped Brazil’s state-owned oil company Petrobras in a two-tranche notes offering worth US$3.25 billion.
