Cleary, Shearman and Mattos Filho steer another record Petrobras offering

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Dutch firm Houthoff Buruma have helped Brazil’s state-run energy company Petrobras with a US$8.5 billion bond issuance, one of the largest dollar bond sales in 2014 so far.
