Cleary, Robles, Clifford Chance and A&O in América Móvil bid for Europe

América Móvil has retained regular counsel US firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Mexico’s Robles Miaja Abogados along with Clifford Chance LLP for its bid to raise its stake in Dutch counterpart KPN – seen as a stepping stone into Europe for the Mexican telecoms company.
