Cleary in América Móvil's Telekom Austria bid

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and Austria’s Schoenherr have helped América Móvil submit its offer to buy up extra shares of Telekom Austria as part of the Mexican company’s European expansion drive.
