Clarín submits plans but battle could continue, say lawyers
Argentina’s largest media group Clarín has presented a plan to divide its media assets into six different companies following a Supreme Court ruling declaring the country’s media law to be constitutional; a plan lawyers say is likely to be accepted by the government and will signal the end of its threat to appeal against the decision at an international court.
