Chiquita hit with new lawsuit

A new civil lawsuit against Chiquita Brands International has been filed in a Florida court by almost 1,000 unidentified plaintiffs from Colombia over the murder of their relatives by the right-wing paramilitary group Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (AUC).
