Chilean environmental court overturns US$16 million Barrick Gold fine

Aninat Schwencke & Cia has helped a group of grape producers obtain a ruling from the Chilean environmental court that could pave the way for Canadian miner Barrick Gold to be fined up to US$145 million for polluting water in the Rio Huasco valley.
