Chile sanctions 14-year bus cartel

Chile’s specialist competition tribunal has fined 11 bus operators for colluding to restrict the number of buses in operation in two southern cities, despite the companies claiming that the country's government had endorsed their agreements, reports Latin Lawyer's sister publication Global Competition Review.
