Chile charges pharma executives with cartel crimes
A public prosecutor in Chile has indicted 17 executives of pharmaceutical companies on charges related to alleged price fixing. The conspiracy has been under investigation by the country's antitrust regulator, the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE), for years.
