Chevron enforcement battle moves to Brazil

The Ecuadorean beneficiaries of an US$18 billion local court judgment against Chevron over environmental pollution in the Amazon rainforest have turned to the Brazilian courts to secure their winnings, a month after bringing an enforcement action in Canada.
