Chávez Vargas helps Mexican state with debt restructuring

Chávez Vargas Abogados SC has worked with investment advisory firm Evercore Partners to help the Mexican state of Yucatán enter into a US$1.2 billion credit agreement with Banobras, the country’s development bank.
