Cervantes Sainz leads copper restructuring

Mexico’s Cervantes Sainz SC has acted for Cobre de Mayo, the Mexican subsidiary of Conada’s Frontera Copper, as it refinanced US$100 million of its bonds, and another US$110 million of bank debt.
