Cerro Verde obtains US$1.8 billion financing for expansion

Peru’s Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados and the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP have helped Peruvian mine Cerro Verde obtain a US$1.8 billion loan to finance its expansion plan.
