Carrefour bags Argentine convenience store chain

M & M Bomchil Abogados has helped Carrefour acquire a chain of convenience stores operating under the Eki trademark from its financially distressed owners, in a move which will see the French supermarket group substantially enlarge its convenience store business in Argentina.
