Cárdenas & Cárdenas win Oster vs. Ostar trademark battle

Colombia’s Cárdenas & Cárdenas has helped local retailer Oster de Colombia win a ruling to reject German lighting manufacturer OSRAM’s trademark application for brand name Ostar, after it was found that the similarity of the names would cause confusion for customers.
