Carassai and Pérez Alati in inaugural infrastructure issuance

Carassai | Durini | Robinson Abogados has helped Argentine engineering and construction company Benito Roggio e Hijos create a bond programme worth US$62.5 million and see through its first issuance worth US$6.6 million.
