Canada's Crystallex seeks PDVSA injunction to stop assets leaving the US

Canadian gold miner Crystallex has asked a Delaware court to prevent Venezuelan state-owned oil company PDVSA from draining funds out of its largest US subsidiary, in the hope it can satisfy a US$1.4 billion arbitral award that is vital to the success of its restructuring in Canada.
