CADE raises concerns over Kroton/Anhanguera merger

Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has published a decision by its investigative arm sending the merger between two of the country’s largest private education companies to the full council to decide whether or not to impose conditions on the tie-up.
