CADE announces subway case findings

Brazil’s most hotly observed cartel case is steaming ahead, with the Administrative Council for Economic Defence last week announcing it has formally begun administrative proceedings against Bombardier, Alstom and several other companies accused of rigging bids for subway and train contracts.
