Cable & Wireless Panama snaps up LatAm assets

The Panamanian subsidiary of the UK’s Cable & Wireless Communications has turned to Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee in Panama City for advice in an asset purchase from IT service provider Sonitel. The deal strengthens the company’s market share in Panama and extends its reach into El Salvador, Nicaragua and Peru.
