Buenos Aires province makes second international debt offering

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in London, New York and São Paulo, and Cabanellas Etchebarne Kelly in Buenos Aires have helped the province of Buenos Aires make a global notes offering worth 30 billion pesos (US$1.6 billion).
