Bruchou helps Argentine banks win claim against tax disclosure

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has helped Argentina’s banking association win a ruling from the country’s top court declaring that Buenos Aires’ federal tax authority is forbidden from requiring banks to disclose information about clients located outside of the province’s borders.
