Bruchou advises in US$18-million financing
Sancor CUL, a leading Argentine dairy cooperative, has taken out a US$18 million financing. The loan was made by a syndicate of banks led by Rabobank International, New York branch and Citibank NA, Buenos Aires branch. The financing is secured by the assignment by Sancor of its receivables and other cash flows into a collateral trust.
