US not-for-profit B Lab has sought to tap into the growing interest in environmental sustainability, fair treatment for employees and community engagement by certifying companies on the basis of their social responsibility. Linklaters partner Sabrena Silver tells Latin Lawyer how the firm has collaborated with a number of Latin American law firms to bring the project to the region.
