BRF in dual cash tender and bond issuance

Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo and the New York and São Paulo offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP have helped Brasil Foods (BRF), one of the world’s largest food processing companies, with a simultaneous US$471 million tender offer and US$750 million bond issuance.
