Brazil’s TIM completes US$5.5 billion merger amid restructuring

Brazil’s Veirano Advogados has advised on a 31 billion reais (US$5.5 billion) merger between telecoms giant TIM Brasil and its holding company TIM Participações as part of the group’s reorganisation.
