Brazil's capital markets have solid legal framework despite tough year, say panellists

While three months into the year and yet to see a single equity offering, Brazil has the foundations of well-regulated capital markets with a range of financing options that offer numerous opportunities for companies, said panellists at Latin Lawyer's third annual corporate finance conference in São Paulo on Thursday.
