Brazil’s Caixa makes US$1.3 billion bond issuance

Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados in São Paulo and the New York, São Paulo and Washington, DC offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP have helped Brazilian state-owned bank Caixa Econômica Federal issue bonds worth US$1.3 billion.
