Brazil's CADE opens case against spark plug cartel

Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has announced that it too will investigate a Japanese and German spark plug maker, just weeks after the US Department of Justice hit the Japanese company with penalties for participating in an international cartel.
