The roundtable about the Brazilian tax reform was chaired by Queli Morais from BDO and featured Daniel Loria from the Ministry of Finance, Ciro César Soriano de Oliveira of BRATAX – Brazuna, Ruschmann e Soriano Sociedade de Advogados, Maria Carolina Bachur from Lobo de Rizzo Advogados, João Agripino Maia of Schmidt, Valois, Miranda, Ferreira, Agel Advogados, Bruno Aguiar from Rayes & Fagundes Advogados Associados and Ana Yurgel, head of tax at Yara Brasil.

A transcript is available here.

The first three sessions as well as the full recording of the roundtable are available here

Roundtables are a new complement to Latin Lawyer’s Insight Guides. In November 2023, Paola Lozano of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP led a Latin Lawyer roundtable about the latest developments in the M&A landscape in Latin America. The discussion can be listened to here.
