Brazilian 'nightmare' a lesson in competition advocacy
The years-long push to modernise Brazil’s outdated antitrust regime was a “nightmare” that strained officials at the country’s former competition agencies tasked with pressuring the government to update the law, a former top Brazilian enforcer said yesterday at the annual meeting of the International Competition Network in Sydney.
